Job Description
- Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans and schedules.
- Review and approve designs and construction documents.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is being completed in accordance with the project plans.
- Identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and requirements.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and risks.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on project strategy and direction.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering etc.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related role in the construction industry, with experience in multifamily, senior living, or commercial projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of construction software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to travel to various project locations as needed.
