About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager who can step into the middle of a job and help keep everything moving, from the field to the office.
This role is hands-on. You’ll work closely with the Site PM, Project Controls team, BIM, and field supervision to make sure the job has what it needs to stay organized, productive, and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the job from all angles
- Work with Project Controls to make sure the field has clear scope, sequencing, and reporting
- Ensure the team is always working off the most current drawings, models, and documentation
Keep the schedule and reporting tight
- Help maintain schedule accuracy, including milestones, restraints, and remaining work
- Support weekly schedule reviews and track issues with the client
- Assist with progress tracking and reporting
Stay on top of field operations
- Help identify productivity issues and backlog risks
- Track material procurement to make sure the job stays ahead
- Coordinate with prefab teams and ensure work is properly planned into the schedule
Support the PM
- Get fully familiar with the contract, scope, and specs
- Help identify impacts and ensure proper client notification
- Assist with invoicing backup and project documentation
- Support cost-to-complete forecasting
Drive coordination
- Work with BIM teams on updates, clashes, and prefab opportunities
- Help run internal meetings that are actually productive
- Support turnover documentation and closeout
Client interaction
- Build relationships with client stakeholders
- Help ensure reporting meets expectations
- Gather feedback on performance
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in construction project management or project engineering
- Strong understanding of how jobs run in the field
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good communicator who can work across field and office teams
- Comfortable working onsite

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
