We operate a fully equipped fabrication shop and are known for reliability, efficiency, and quality workmanship at scale.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Stone Countertop Installer to join our field team, primarily focused on builder and commercial installations. This role requires someone who can work efficiently on projects, meet production schedules, and maintain consistent quality across large jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Install granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops in tract homes and commercial projects
- Read and execute from plans, layouts, and job schedules
- Perform seam setting, leveling, and final detailing to company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades
- Manage material handling and ensure safe transport and installation
- Maintain productivity to meet builder timelines and deadlines
- Identify and resolve installation issues in the field
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of countertop installation experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience in builder or commercial projects (REQUIRED)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, production-driven environments
- Strong understanding of installation techniques and jobsite workflow
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy stone (100+ lbs with assistance)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on tract home or multi-unit developments
- Ability to read shop drawings
- Experience leading or assisting install crews
