Tile Setter – East Bay
Full-Time | High-End Residential Work
Hiring an experienced Tile Setter for steady, full-time work in the East Bay.
We work with top general contractors on high-end residential projects and are looking for installers who
take pride in clean, detailed work.
Work Location
- Current projects: Berkeley, Kensington, Danville
- Ongoing work throughout the East Bay
- Ideal for candidates living in the East Bay
- Other projects span the SF Bay Area (East Bay, San Francisco, Peninsula, and South Bay)
Scope of Work
- Install tile (floors, walls, showers, exterior)
- Surface prep: waterproofing, leveling, layout
- Execute clean layouts and precise cuts
- Deliver high-quality finishes in client homes
- Maintain a professional and organized jobsite
- Work hours are typically 8am to 4:30 or 5 pm
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years tile setting experience (not helper-level)
- Strong layout, prep, and finish skills
- Able to work independently or with a crew
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to lift 50–80 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be able to commute daily to East Bay job sites
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be I-9 compliant
Compensation
- $30–$45/hour depending on experience
