Role Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will oversee the engineering operations to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure quality standards. Responsibilities include managing engineering teams, designing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. The role requires hands-on involvement in manufacturing operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time on-site position based in Malvern, PA.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and Process Engineering to evaluate, improve, and oversee manufacturing systems and workflows
- Strong expertise in Engineering Management and team leadership to guide engineering teams and drive project success
- Experience and knowledge in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Operations to align processes with business goals
- Ability to design and implement solutions that improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality assurance practices
