Hiring Process Development Scientist
Location: Massachusetts
Duration: Contract
We are looking for a Process Development Scientist with experience in pharmaceutical biotech or biologics environments
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize upstream or downstream processes for biologics manufacturing
Perform scale up studies and support tech transfer to manufacturing
Analyze process data and improve yield quality and efficiency
Collaborate with R and D manufacturing and quality teams
Support process validation and documentation activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology Chemical Engineering or related field
3 plus years of experience in process development or manufacturing sciences
Strong knowledge of upstream or downstream processing
Experience in GMP or regulated environments preferred
Preferred:
Experience with biologics cell culture purification or fermentation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
