Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

- Fast-paced, hands-on production environment with a strong emphasis on equipment uptime
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support focused on the shop floor
- Troubleshoot equipment issues in partnership with maintenance
- Support production operations and ensure machines remain operational
- Train operators and maintenance on equipment and processes
- Drive continuous improvement related to equipment use, reliability, and efficiency
- Support equipment rotation, upgrades, and process optimization
- Maintain a strong on-floor presence (approximately 90% of time)
Stakeholder Interaction
- Maintenance teams (equipment troubleshooting and uptime)
- Production and operations employees
- Other engineers for knowledge sharing and overflow support
- Site leadership and HR/TA partners for planning and support
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 3–5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience supporting equipment-intensive manufacturing environments
- Strong exposure to shop-floor operations

- Highly hands-on and comfortable spending the majority of time on the production floor
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly around equipment and maintenance issues
- Able to learn new equipment and processes quickly
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, growing operation

- Self-directed and capable of independently owning floor engineering responsibilities
