They’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager who leads from the front and knows how to drive performance in a welding/fabrication environment.
What you’ll own:
This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk role. You’ll be the person making sure production runs on time, on spec, and efficiently.
- Lead daily operations across MIG welding lines
- Drive output, reduce scrap, and minimize rework
- Identify bottlenecks and solve them in real time
- Build and lead a team of supervisors, leads, and production staff
- Maintain strong safety standards—no shortcuts
- Partner with Quality & Engineering to resolve issues quickly
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency
What they need from you:
- Strong leadership presence on the floor
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or fabrication
- Solid understanding of MIG welding and production flow
- Ability to read blueprints and connect them to production output
- Data-driven mindset—you know your numbers and act on them
- Ability to hold teams accountable while building a strong culture
Your background likely includes:
- 3–7+ years in manufacturing or fabrication
- 2–4+ years leading teams in a production environment
- Hands-on experience with welding operations
- Proven track record managing hourly teams and hitting production goals

The environment: This is a true production floor role—you’ll be on your feet, in the operation, working around heat, noise, and active welding lines. PPE is required and safety is non-negotiable.
