Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Coordinator to serve as the single point of contact for assigned export accounts. This role focuses on managing the full Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination between subsidiaries, internal teams, suppliers, and export customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage all export orders from Order Entry through Delivery (OTD), including follow-up on order issues, rejects, changes, and cancellations.
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned export markets, interfacing daily with subsidiaries, North America Export Operations, Logistics, suppliers, subject matter experts, and dealers/distributors.
- Monitor and update Manufacturing Validation Build (MVB) status on a weekly basis and prepare manual invoices when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Finance, Export Product Managers, and Markets) on changes impacting product launches and escalate issues to the Export Operations Manager.
- Manage logistics and financial transactions with DF Young, including Credit & Rebill, Reconsignments, and special moves (airfreight, spot buys, etc.).
- Generate, analyze, and review weekly reports on order issues (unreleased orders, missing Target Production Weeks, delayed TPWs, and built-but-not-shipped orders).
- Liaise with offshore plants on system integration issues affecting MVB and production orders.
- Participate in monthly demand submission and logistics calls with export markets.
- Create Order Work Bench (OWB) user IDs for dealers and coordinate system access (V-Logistics tool).
- Resolve OWB delivery reporting issues by coordinating with IT teams.
- Support the logistics team with shipment-related queries by working with port processors and DF Young.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Competencies
- 1-3 years of International or Export logistics experience. International vehicle logistics experience is strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

- Ability to understand and address unique customer needs across different export countries.
- Highly flexible and adaptable with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
