LHH is partnering with a long-term valued client to identify their next Supply Chain & Procurement Lead in the Metro Jacksonville, Florida area. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement strategy, driving sourcing, inventory optimization, and demand alignment while supporting product lifecycle and new product development, managing budgets, and advancing process improvements to scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement strategy
- Oversee inventory planning and control to optimize stock levels, improve turnover, and minimize excess and obsolescence risk
- Partner cross-functionally to support demand planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment between supply plans and business needs
- Drive product lifecycle activities, including new product development and launches, ensuring supply readiness and continuity
- Manage procurement budgets and deliver cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational performance
- Identify and implement process improvements across supply chain operations to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proven experience managing suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and demand planning tools
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Metro Jacksonville
Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000 base
