Beauty Chain Manufacturing (BCM) is a cosmetic contract manufacturer headquartered in Reno, Nevada, founded by the former founders of FusionPKG.
BCM is a vertically integrated manufacturing platform for color cosmetics and skincare, bringing together in-house formulation (liquids and powders), large-scale compounding, high-speed filling, packaging development, and fulfillment—creating a seamless path from concept to shelf.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will be the central driver of execution across customer programs—from initial concept through production and delivery. This role ensures timelines are met, communication is seamless, and BCM delivers a best-in-class experience to brand partners. You will operate at the intersection of R&D, operations, packaging, supply chain, and customer success owning the full lifecycle of projects and acting the internal quarterback.
NOTE: This position will be remote until the completion of our new office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Ownership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project management for new product launches and ongoing production programs
- Develop and manage detailed timelines across formulation, packaging development, production, and fulfillment
- Ensure all milestones are met on time and within scope
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (R&D, manufacturing, procurement, QA, and fulfillment)
- Align priorities and drive accountability across departments
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
Client Management
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for brand partners
- Provide clear, proactive communication on timelines, risks, and progress
- Deliver a high-touch, premium client experience
Supply Chain & Packaging Coordination
- Oversee sourcing timelines for components and packaging
- Ensure alignment between formulation readiness and packaging availability
- Track critical path dependencies to avoid delays
Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans
- Troubleshoot issues across formulation, production, and logistics
- Maintain project momentum under tight deadlines
Process Optimization
- Help build and refine BCM’s project management systems and workflows
- Implement best practices to improve speed-to-market and execution quality
- Contribute to scaling operations as BCM grows
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, CPG, or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cosmetic product development and production processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with ERP/PLM/project management tools (e.g., NetSuite, Asana, Monday, etc.)
