We are working with a leading global infrastructure investor to identify a Vice President to join their growing New York team. This individual will play a key role in leading transactions across a diversified infrastructure strategy, including energy transition, digital infrastructure, and transportation. The fund is well known in the infrastructure space and manages a multi-billion-dollar strategy with a long tenure in the North American infrastructure landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including origination, diligence, structuring, and closing
- Build and review complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare and present investment materials to senior leadership and the Investment Committee
- Manage external advisors and coordinate diligence workstreams
- Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and value creation
- Mentor and oversee junior team members
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling and transaction execution experience
- Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or transactions
- Exposure to infrastructure sectors (energy, digital, transport, or related) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
