We’re seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (Backend-focused) to help build and scale the systems that power secure, reliable, deployments of Compliance OS.
What You’ll DoYou’ll take on a prioritized mix of the following:
- Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure across GCP (primary), AWS, and Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for consistent, repeatable environments.
- Architect and implement multitenant systems, balancing isolation, performance, and operational complexity.
- Troubleshoot production issues across infrastructure, networking, and backend services.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support platform features, APIs, and system integrations.
- Improve observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and incident response practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong backend and infrastructure engineering experience across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Handson experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructureascode or environment automation.
- Ability to design and reason about multitenant architectures (isolation, upgrades, blast radius).
- Comfortable working across the stack when needed to debug and support application behavior.
- Ownership mindset: proactive communication, strong debugging skills, and accountability for production systems.
- Works well in a fastpaced, startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, security hardening, observability, or compliance/GRC systems.
