Job Description
What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as primary point of contact for logistics needs
- Work with accounts on coordinating shipping activity by accepting bookings, collecting documentation and obtaining relevant compliance information
- Track and trace
- Invoice customer accurately for services rendered
- Effectively solve problems, escalations and provide customer support
Qualifications
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- High school degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- A can-do, customer-first attitude
- Effective interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
