Human Resources & Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time volunteer basis.
The Role
This is a flexible, remote position requiring a commitment of
5–8 hours per week for a minimum of
one year. You will play a vital role by managing essential HR functions and administrative workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a current or recent Human Resources role.
- Technical Skills Advanced computer literacy and high proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Communication A polished, professional communication style suitable for a global humanitarian environment.
- Commitment Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule and a long-term (one-year) dedication to the organization.
