Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Director of Operations located at Eskimo Hut Headquarters in Houston, TX. The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient processes and driving operational strategies. Responsibilities include managing teams across various locations, implementing operational policies, analyzing business performance, optimizing budgets, and enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Operations Management and expertise in streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting operational data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
- Skilled in Team Management and capable of leading, mentoring, and developing diverse teams to meet organizational goals.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to optimize resource allocation and meet fiscal objectives.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and fostering a customer-centric team culture.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the retail or food and beverage sector is highly preferred.
