As a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on‑time availability for production and customer orders, actively contributing to our mission of a cleaner environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth goods flow, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping
- Maintain on‑time material availability for production and customer deliveries
- Monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate warehouse workflows and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards
- Optimize warehouse and logistics processes for efficiency
- Coordinate material availability with production planning, production, and purchasing
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cycle counting
- Experience with warehouse management systems (Abacus preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, dependable, and organized team player
