Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical Marketing Project Manager to work directly with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, North America. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the center of marketing, supporting how priorities are set, performance is measured, and initiatives are executed. The role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, program assessment, analytics, and operations, bringing structure, insights, and execution rigor to the priority marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
Planning and Execution
- Support the CMCO, NA in marketing planning, prioritization, and tracking
- Coordinate inputs across the teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
- Support delivery of high-priority initiatives as needed
Marketing Strategy & Analytics
- Analyze marketing performance across all programs to identify key insights, areas of excellence, and opportunities
- Translate data into clear recommendations
Executive-Level Storytelling
- Develop concise, high-quality presentation and materials for senior leadership
- Synthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives
- Support preparation for key meetings, reviews, and leadership updates
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in consulting, marketing strategy, or a highly analytical role
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable outputs
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high expectation environment
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Education
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
