Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals using Microsoft Excel for construction projects based on specifications, and project scope.
- Manage project including scheduling, change orders, pay estimates and invoicing.
- Schedule MISS DIGS 811 locate requests
- Assist management in contract review and administration to ensure all terms are clear, fair, and aligned with project objectives.
Skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for digital markup and document management required.
- Understanding of construction processes, site management, and project delivery methods.
- Knowledge of contracts, project management principles, and construction safety standards.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
