An established privately held company in wholesale distribution and supply chain management serving retailers globally are looking to hire a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The position is IN OFFICE based in Ft. Lauderdale. The company is undergoing transformation from a traditional distribution leader into a technology-enabled, AI driven platform business. The company is looking to scale quickly. This individual will need to have experience in the following: Scaling a business, Partner with product and engineering teams to accelerate AI innovation and deployment Translate market needs into scalable product offerings and features.
- Own full P&L responsibility with a focus on profitable, scalable growth
- Allocate capital strategically to maximize growth and enterprise value
- Implement KPI-driven management systems aligned with growth and exit objectives
This role requires a proven scaler and operator. Someone who has successfully built and led companies through high-growth inflection points.
Experience
- Experience leading or scaling a technology, SaaS, AI, or platform-driven business
- Track record of driving multi-X growth in a compressed timeframe
- Experience preparing for or executing a liquidity event, exit, or major capital raise
Industry Background
- Experience in consumer products, B2B commerce, supply chain, or distribution is a plus but not required
- Candidates from high-growth technology or AI platform companies are strongly encouraged
Location & Structure
- CEO will report to the Chairman (Founder) and work hand and hand with the President.
- Corporate office located in Fort Lauderdale with a unique google-esque culture. In office is imperative given the rapid growth and expansion opportunity.
