Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who has a strong background in project management and construction.

Duties:
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the bidding process and select qualified contractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any questions or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proficient in construction estimating and cost control techniques
- Familiarity with construction management software systems
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit a plus
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and subcontractors
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to read and interpret plan specifications and project correspondences
