Site Operations Manager – Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Operations Manager for an expatriate position based in Doha, Qatar. This opportunity can be offered on either a project basis or as a permanent role, depending on your preference.

As part of their expansion, they are launching new production operations in Qatar in collaboration with a key shipyard partner. As Site Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing on-site operations, ensuring efficient execution, and driving performance across all activities. You will lead a team of supervisors while acting as the key interface between project stakeholders and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all site operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
- Oversee fabrication, production, and project delivery activities
- Manage and support a team of site supervisors
- Act as the primary liaison with project management teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and operational standards
- Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets
