We're hiring a Transport Coordinator to manage equipment mobilization and logistics across project sites in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transport of heavy equipment to and from client sites
- Arrange permits, escorts, and third-party contractors
- Track movements and maintain accurate trip and cost records
- Liaise with operations, site teams, and clients on scheduling
Requirements:
- 2+ years in transport/logistics, ideally in heavy equipment or oil & gas
- Knowledge of UAE transport regulations and oversized load permits
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
