We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator who will play a central role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the KDN Audit program. This position emphasizes strong program support—coordinating cross‑team activities, enabling effective stakeholder engagement, and ensuring clear, timely communication across the program. The coordinator will help maintain smooth program operations by tracking tasks and deadlines, managing reporting, and consolidating updates for leadership. In addition, the coordinator will provide project management support by helping track timelines and milestones, maintaining PMO documentation, and consolidating updates for leadership and governance reviews. This role is ideal for someone who excels in coordination, communication, operational execution, process improvement and who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly while ensuring both program and project activities remain well‑organized and on track.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in project management/project coordination preferably within banking, risk management areas or auditing departments.
- Conversational English skills (B2-C1)
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities
General Administrative & Program Support
- Demonstrate strong ownership in tracking and managing tasks, deadlines, and follow‑ups for yourself and team members.
- Operate with agility and deliver quickly as priorities shift, adapting to frequent new requests and changing program needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Capture meeting notes and summarizing discussion points clearly and concisely.
- Manage meeting invites, document repositories, and coordination tasks required to keep the program operating smoothly.
Project Coordination & PMO Support
- Support project planning activities, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and risk/issue monitoring.
- Maintain and update PMO project documentation, dashboards, and reporting templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate project updates with workstream leads and consolidate materials for executive‑level reporting and governance reviews.
- Maintain high‑quality records of project decisions, actions, and dependencies to ensure auditability and continuity.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows, reporting cadences, and operational processes across the KDN Audit program.
- Assist in implementing standardized methodologies and tools across project teams to improve efficiency and delivery quality.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a central coordination point between different teams with KDN Audit.
- Prepare communication materials, including meeting agendas, minutes, status summaries, and leadership updates.
Data Management & Reporting
- Support data collection, validation, and analysis for dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
