About the Position:
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager – Client Representative to oversee premium luxury real estate developments and protect the client’s interests throughout the full project lifecycle.
This role is ideal for:
- Senior Project Managers from reputed main contractors seeking to transition into a client-side role with strong exposure to luxury/high-end developments.
- Proven Client-side Project Managers from reputed real estate developers with experience managing high-value luxury projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across cost, time, quality, and stakeholder management.
Role Overview:
As the Client Construction Manager, you will oversee and drive the construction phase of our prestigious luxury and high‐rise projects. You will serve as the key link between consultants and contractors, ensuring the highest quality, efficiency, and compliance standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Your expertise will be crucial in managing engineering submissions, conducting site inspections, and ensuring project deliverables meet both timelines and expectations.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
- 12–18 years of total experience in the construction/real estate sector
- Strong experience in luxury villas, premium residential towers, luxury hotels or upscale mixed-use developments
- Deep understanding of contracts, variations, claims, and commercial controls
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- UAE experience is mandatory
Preferred:
- PMP certification
- Experience working with leading UAE developers
- Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC exposure preferred)
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in reviewing contractor engineering submissions.
- Exceptional ability to oversee quality assurance through detailed site inspections.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in handling complex project timelines and delivering on objectives.
