The Role
We are looking for a driven, curious, and self-motivated Supply Chain & Operations Associate to join our team in Charleston, SC. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to:
- Build industry expertise. You'll develop hands-on knowledge of operations and global logistics across the beer, wine, and spirits industry.
- Own meaningful decisions. High performers in this role exercise genuine autonomy, navigating the countless operational and logistical judgment calls that keep a fast-moving business on track.
- Work at the center of the business. Expect daily collaboration with TBS executives, suppliers, customers, and our sales team — giving you broad visibility and cross-functional experience early in your career.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders across our warehouses and direct-to-customer orders, including pricing, product specifications, code date management, and more.
- Build strong customer relationships by communicating clearly, resolving issues quickly, and consistently delivering a best-in-class experience.
- Process and manage purchase orders from initiation through delivery, coordinating with international suppliers to ensure accuracy and on-time execution.
- Track inbound shipments and proactively communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders; identify and resolve order discrepancies or logistical challenges as they arise.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, supply chain management, business, international business, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Clear communicator
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, vendors, and co-workers
- Strong attention to detail
