VP / Director of IT | Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) | $170–200K + Bonus

The team is solid. The vision is set. They need a leader who empowers not micromanages and can be strategic day-to-day with the ability to get tactical when needed.
Requirements:
8–10+ years IT leadership
3+ at Director level or above
Must have previous experience managing Infrastructure, IT Ops and Vendors.
Strong Cloud, Identity Management and compliance frameworks.
Microsoft 365: Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, ERP/FSM integration background (ServiceTitan, SAGE, or similar) Snowflake / Fivetran or comparable data platform exposure, Cisco Meraki networking , MSP-to-in-house transition experience.
