Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Project Manager to lead cross-functional marketing and product initiatives from concept to execution. This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, and product teams—ensuring that brand storytelling, packaging, campaigns, and digital assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own timelines, workflows, and deliverables for creative projects across marketing, product launches, and brand campaigns
- Coordinate between internal teams (creative, regulatory, marketing, product) and external partners (agencies, freelancers, printers)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative briefs
- Oversee development of assets including packaging, digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, and website updates
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Lead creative execution for new product launches, including timelines, asset creation, and cross-channel rollout
- Improve workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and team productivity
- Implement and manage project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp)
- Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, timelines, and approvals
- Present progress and results to leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CPG, wellness, beauty, or nutraceutical industries
- Strong understanding of creative processes (design, copy, branding, digital marketing)
- Experience product launch timelines is highly preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms
