What You'll Do:
- Design and develop equipment and mechanical systems from concept to completion
- Perform stress calculations and analysis to ensure safety, durability, and performance
- Create detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize equipment
- Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of new and existing systems
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and stress analysis
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to work closely with equipment and production teams
- Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What You Bring (Education & Background):
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required (or closely related engineering discipline)
- Strong academic or hands-on foundation in mechanical design, statics, and materials
- Coursework or project experience in stress analysis, machine design, or structural mechanics is highly preferred
- Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing, equipment, or industrial environment is a plus
- EIT/FE certification is a bonus, but not required
