Manage full administrative, financial, contractual, and regulatory oversight across 3-6 active hospital renovation projects.

Maintain program‑level budgeting, dashboards, forecasting, and executive‑level reporting.

Oversee AHCA coordination, permitting, inspections, and compliance with Florida healthcare standards.

Lead OAC meetings, coordinate with hospital leadership, and ensure minimal disruption to patient care.

Support scheduling, phasing, long‑lead tracking, and quality control through project closeout.
