Project Manager (Entry Level)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, growing organization within the DSO (Dental Service Organization) industry. This role is ideal for someone with foundational project management experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance professionalism with a firm, results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate updates
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting
- Facilitate meetings, ensuring clear action items and accountability
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of project management or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills — able to be both collaborative and direct when needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
Preferred (Not Required)
- PMP certification (or working toward certification)
- Experience in the DSO or dental industry
- Background in entrepreneurial, startup, or high-growth environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with Google Workspace & Click-Up

Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts).
- Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year
- Location: (Nashville, TN) (Hybrid with option to be fully remote).
