The role
You'll work directly alongside our elite legal team on high-volume contract workflows for some of the most innovative, fast-growing companies in the world. This is a high-ownership role from day one: real clients, live deal flow, and actual responsibility early on.
Day-to-day, you'll triage incoming work, support contract reviews, manage client communications, conduct research, and help maintain the knowledge systems that keep our legal team sharp. You'll also work closely with our engineers to use and improve our AI tools in real time. There's no better place to learn how AI is reshaping a trillion-dollar industry.
What you'll do
- Triage and manage incoming contract requests, keeping deals moving
- Support contract reviews under lawyer supervision
- Identify friction in our processes and suggest (or build) fixes
- Flex onto broader ops, onboarding, or client-facing work as the business needs it
- Work directly with engineers and lawyers to pressure-test and improve our AI tools
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong academic record; backgrounds in research, operations, legal ops, political science, policy, or business translate well
- Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail; you don't drop balls and you don't wait to be told twice
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Competitive, hungry, low-ego; you care about the outcome, not the credit
- Genuinely excited about AI, not just fluent in the buzzwords; curious and buzzed to work in an environment where the tools are still being built

- Full health, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k); unlimited PTO
- Daily catered lunch and dinner
