Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Roofer, Carpenter, and Laborer professionals to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of roofing, carpentry, and general labor tasks that contribute to high-quality building projects. Whether working on new construction, restoration, or remodeling jobs, your expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

Install and repair roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials in accordance with project specifications and safety standards
Perform framing, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to support building structures and interior finishes
Read blueprints, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans is a plus.
Assist with fabrication of materials on-site or in the shop to meet project needs
Use caulking, welding, plumbing, and other trade-specific techniques to ensure structural integrity and finish quality
Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks such as moving materials and equipment around construction sites while maintaining safety protocols
Support restoration and remodeling efforts by performing demolition, surface preparation, and finishing work as needed

Experience

Prior construction site experience with a solid understanding of roofing, carpentry, or general labor roles
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution
Experience with construction estimating or project planning is a plus but not required
Familiarity with various trades including masonry, welding, tile laying, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, plumbing or drywall installation is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively at heights or in confined spaces
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a focus on safety standards
