WHAT
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager – New Product Development to lead end-to-end delivery of new products from concept through production. This role sits at the center of engineering, operations, and customer engagement—owning timelines, execution, and overall project success.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving new product initiatives from initial award through production launch
- Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain
- Building and managing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Overseeing project financials including budgets, forecasts, and cost targets
- Acting as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and customers
- Managing scope, risks, and change control to keep projects on track
- Ensuring strong execution discipline and accountability across teams
- Supporting structured product development processes (NPI, APQP, etc.)

WHAT YOU BRING
- Engineering background with experience in manufacturing or product-based environments
- Proven track record delivering new product development projects end-to-end
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead both teams and customer interactions
- Familiarity with structured development frameworks (NPI, APQP, etc. is a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

Base salary up to $130K + strong benefits package
