Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate fast-paced, mid-sized projects across our Engineering and Operations teams. - Drive communication and alignment across cross-functional teams
- Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and progress updates using Excel, MS Project, or similar project management tools
- Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements, timelines, and quality expectations
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or roadblocks and help drive mitigation plans
- Support process improvements and contribute to overall operational efficiency
- Help keep engineering and operations teams aligned throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- Prior experience managing hardware-related projects, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and project management tools such as MS Project or similar
- Embedded Software experience
- Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Background
- Project management experience supporting engineering and operations teams
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electronics, hardware, or engineering-driven environment
- Embedded Software
- Comfortable working with technical teams, schedules, deliverables, and process-driven execution
