- Lead a team of builders and installation specialists during trade show and showroom construction projects across various U.S. states.
- Oversee day‑to‑day on‑site operations, ensuring all work meets specifications, brand standards, and project timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for on‑site stakeholders, including event coordinators, venue representatives, and internal project managers.

Construction & Installation

Essential
- Proven experience as a Lead Builder, Construction Supervisor, Crew Leader, Exhibit Builder, or similar hands‑on leadership role.
- Strong carpentry, joinery, or fabrication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in exhibitions, trade shows, shopfitting, showroom builds, or similar environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.
- High level of professionalism and client-facing confidence.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (multi‑state, multiple trips per month).
