About the Role

We are a growing fire and water damage restoration company in Sussex, Wisconsin seeking an experienced Business Developer / Marketer who can drive immediate revenue. This role is not entry-level and not designed for someone who is “learning sales.”

We are specifically looking for a professional who already has strong industry relationships and can consistently produce $500,000+ per year in restoration sales through an established book of business.

If you’ve built referral relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, or commercial accounts and know how to turn those relationships into revenue, this role offers excellent compensation and long-term stability.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive mitigation and reconstruction revenue through existing relationships
Maintain and grow a proven book of business
Develop new referral partnerships in the Sussex / greater Milwaukee area
Represent the company professionally in the field and at industry events
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
Track and report sales activity and performance

Who We’re Looking For

This role is only for experienced restoration sales professionals.

Required Qualifications:

Proven background in restoration business development or marketing
Documented book of business capable of producing $500K+ annually
Strong understanding of mitigation and construction workflows
Ability to close work and maintain long-term referral relationships
Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven

Not a Fit If You:

Do not currently have a book of business
Are new to restoration sales
Need extensive training to generate revenue

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000
Commission:
3.5% on mitigation jobs
1% on construction jobs
Bonus:
$50,000 bonus at $1,000,000 in annual sales
Uncapped earning potential for top performers
