We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Emergency Recovery Coordinator to help property owners after fire damage. This role combines empathy, customer service, relationship building, and sales. You will respond to emergency leads, meet with property owners, explain restoration services, and help them take the first steps toward recovery.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people in stressful situations, can build trust quickly, and enjoys helping others while generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming emergency leads and meet with property owners
- Explain restoration services and guide customers through the recovery process
- Provide initial support and coordinate emergency response services when needed
- Build relationships with local first responders, property managers, and community partners
- Track leads and report activity to management
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts
- Be available on call for emergencies

Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or emergency services is a plus
