Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail In-Store Marketer / Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to represent brands directly in retail environments, gather valuable customer feedback, and promote products through engaging demonstrations, water awareness campaigns and sweepstakes giveaways. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail stores to promote products through lively demonstrations, water awareness programs and gathering sweepstakes entries.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store events or promotional activities to attract foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and creating a positive in-store experience.
- Engage with The Home Depot shoppers in a friendly, professional manner to promote our Sweepstakes Giveaway & water awareness campaign.
- Gather and submit qualified customers lead information for those interested in whole home water treatment systems.
- Accurately record customer information and ensure lead quality.
- Represent the company and The Home Depot partnership with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive overall store performance and lead volume.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail environments is highly desirable.
- Proven skills in data collection or event marketing will be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrates your ability to connect with diverse audiences.
