You will partner closely with Finance leadership to align operational execution with financial goals, while acting as the
primary driver of operational excellence across the business.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact
Logistics & Supply Chain Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end logistics including inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment operations
- Own performance metrics such as OTIF, ASN accuracy, routing compliance, chargebacks, and deductions
- Manage and optimize relationships with 3PLs, warehouses, and carriers
- Ensure full compliance with retailer requirements (labeling, routing, documentation)
- Serve as escalation point for operational and retailer issues
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with Finance, Planning, Production, Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, and B2B teams
- Align operational execution with financial targets and business priorities
- Improve coordination across teams to ensure smooth product flow and launch execution
- Support onboarding/offboarding of partners and operational integrations

- Problem Solver: You identify root causes and implement lasting solutions
- Data-Driven: You rely on metrics and insights to guide decisions
