We are a leading food manufacturing business seeking an experienced Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient product flow from production through to customer delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across the site
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and stock accuracy
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with all food safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transportation, storage, and distribution processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and customer service teams
Monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, freight costs) and implement corrective actions
Lead, develop, and mentor logistics and warehouse teams

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management within food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards (FDA, HACCP, GMP) preferred
