Required Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification – REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management – REQUIRED

Proven experience managing construction or building automation projects

Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word; Project preferred)

Experience with project management software

Valid driver’s license

Commitment to PC Automated policies, safety, and quality standards
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs

Ability to work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and active construction sites

Exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and electrical risk environments

Ability to walk, stand, kneel, climb ladders, and work physically for extended periods

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel overnight as required
