Key Responsibilities:
- Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) and design transfer activities by developing inspection methods, Quality Plans, and risk management documentation to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Conducts failure investigations and root cause analysis for product issues, customer complaints, stock evaluations, supplier quality concerns, and calibration
- Authors and approves quality documentation, including Quality Plans, test methods, protocols, and reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with NPI requirements.
- Collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Inspection, Distribution, and Product Development teams to ensure quality compliance of new and existing products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develops, implements, and maintains quality system requirements for assigned areas, including manufacturing, suppliers, and process validation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering
- Hands on experience in internships/co-ops or class projects
- Strong written, verbal communication, and computer skills required
