Role Overview
Join our team for a hands-on deep dive into the engine room of our business. This isn't your typical "coffee-run" internship. You will rotate through the core pillars of our supply chain, including forecasting, demand planning, logistics, and vendor management, to understand how products move from concept to customer.
This role is designed for a data-driven problem solver who wants to see their work implemented in real-time.
Key Projects & Responsibilities
During your time with us, you will own three high-impact workstreams:
- CPFR Development: Collaborate with our Planning team to design and build a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process for our most critical tier-one customers.
- Logistics Analytics: Dive deep into transportation data to identify bottlenecks, lead-time variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Vendor Performance Management: Build and launch a KPI Dashboard to track and manage the performance of our 3rd-party logistics (3PL) and vendor partners.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist in weekly demand planning meetings and provide reporting support for the broader Supply Chain team.
- Ad hoc Supply Chain support
Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: You aren't afraid of a large dataset. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) is a must; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a huge plus.
- Curiosity: A desire to understand the "why" behind the data and the "how" of global logistics.
- Communication: The ability to translate complex data into clear insights for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Why This Role?
You will walk away with a portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate your ability to manage vendor relationships, optimize logistics, and improve customer satisfaction through better planning.
Compensation: $18.00/hour
