Construction Foreman – Full Time

About the Position

Brendle Contracting is seeking an experienced, dependable Construction Foreman to lead day‑to‑day operations on residential and commercial job sites. This role is ideal for someone who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll oversee laborers, coordinate tasks, communicate with project managers, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to Brendle Contracting’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise construction crews on active job sites
Plan daily tasks and assign work to team members
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Ensure all work meets quality, code, and safety standards
Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Track materials, deliveries, and site progress
Train and mentor crew members as needed
Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally

Required Qualifications

5+ years of construction experience, including leadership or foreman roles
Strong understanding of residential and light commercial construction
Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
Skilled with tools, equipment, and jobsite operations
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Must pass standard pre-employment screenings

Preferred (Not Required)

OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30 certification
Experience managing subcontractors
Equipment operation experience (lifts, skid steers, etc.)
Ability to complete basic paperwork and digital reporting
