Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Project Manager to lead and execute complex projects. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using tools such as BuilderTrend
- Facilitate gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria clearly and comprehensively.
- Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing progress reports, and addressing issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards,
- Oversee project implementation by coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT infrastructure components to ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards.
- Facilitate meetings effectively communicate project status updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead management efforts by fostering team collaboration through conflict management techniques and negotiation skills; promote continuous improvement
- Proven experience supervising projects across multiple disciplines with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle.
- Demonstrated expertise in program development, scope management, cost control, and earned value management techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly; experience in technical writing is a plus.
- Familiarity with business process modeling, data analysis skills, and vendor management practices.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects and familiarity with tools like BuilderTrend is advantageous. Pay: $68,487.50 - $82,479.56 per year
