Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interiors construction projects.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.
- Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors construction project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
