Process Engineer – Roll Mill Operations

Location: McBee, South Carolina | Schedule: Full-time, On-site

What You’ll Do

As a key contributor to the roll mill operations, you’ll:

Develop and refine processing methods and controls to meet rigorous product quality standards.
Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement process improvements to drive yield, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, quality, and operations teams to align manufacturing processes with production goals.
Spearhead initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental compliance across your area.
Play a vital role in capital improvement by evaluating and recommending equipment upgrades or new technology investments.
Translate engineering drawings and specs into actionable shop-floor improvements.
Lead data analysis efforts on process performance and drive corrective actions.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in engineering—preferably in mechanical, manufacturing, materials science, or metallurgy.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or process support role.
Strong working knowledge of engineering standards, continuous improvement methodologies, and production systems.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or comparable 3D CAD software, as well as Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Familiarity with interpreting complex engineering drawings and transforming them into actionable processes.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
