What You Will Do
You’ll own and scale Information Technology at Clearspeed. You will build the systems, infrastructure, and processes that keep our company secure, productive, and ready to grow. You’ll set the strategy, but also roll up your sleeves to implement and improve everything from endpoint management to SaaS tooling, security and compliance, and internal support. Responsibilities
- Build and lead the global IT function, including systems, support, and internal infrastructure.
- Own endpoint management, identity & access (Okta or similar), and device security.
- Manage and optimize our SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- Lead IT security practices in partnership with security/engineering (access controls, audits, policies).
- Support compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO, or similar frameworks).
- Design scalable onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure reliable, secure support for a distributed/global workforce.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and IT tooling decisions.
- Drive automation and efficiency across IT operations.
- Act as a cross-functional partner to Engineering, Security, People, and Finance.
- Manage global IT support team members.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced IT leader with a builder’s mindset, equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where structure needs to be created, not just maintained.
Requirements

- 10+ years related IT experience. Must have experience leading or building IT functions.
- Deep experience with identity management, endpoint security, and SaaS ecosystems.

- Take ownership and like solving messy, real-world problems.
- Experience with zero-trust architecture (ZTA) is preferred.
- Familiarity with MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) is preferred.
