Our client is a global consumer product company and 2026 is a step-change year for their Supply Chain organization — new 3PL partnerships, international expansion, factory-direct transitions, supplier ramp-ups, system upgrades, and major brand redesign launches. They’re adding a Logistics Coordinator / Planner to be the execution engine behind this transformation. RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will serve as the central coordination hub across logistics, planning, and international product flows — ensuring operational continuity while major initiatives go live.
- Logistics & 3PL Leadership
- Act as primary liaison for 3PL partners (E2E, GAC, Prime)
- Own shipment cadence, dock scheduling, and inventory handoffs
- Proactively identify and resolve execution issues
- Drive on-time, accurate product movement across the network
- International Deployment & Expansion
- Coordinate end-to-end intercompany flows across UK, Mexico, MCP, Middle East & Africa
- Support new hub launches, redesign transitions, and market expansions
- Align timelines, documentation, and cross-border requirements
- Trade & Documentation Execution
- Prepare and manage proformas, commercial invoices, and Carta Porte
- Partner with brokers to ensure compliant, efficient customs execution
- Improve documentation accuracy and reduce cycle times
- Planning & Operational Support
- Provide surge support and backup to supply planners
- Assist with order management, inventory balancing, and ERP accuracy
- Help stabilize execution during multiple concurrent go-lives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply planning, or supply chain operations
- Experience working directly with 3PL providers
- Exposure to international shipping and trade documentation preferred
- Strong operational mindset — highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive
- ERP experience required (Syteline or similar preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Spanish fluency or professional working proficiency highly preferred
